1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, contacting us, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Delmarva Service Center provides marine services including spring commissioning, winterization, mobile service, outboard maintenance and repair, bottom paint, shrink wrap, electronics installation, fiberglass work, and full vessel management. Services are performed at our shop in Milton, Delaware and at customer locations within our service area.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are approximations based on the information you provide. Final pricing depends on the actual work performed, parts required, and time on the job. If we discover additional work is needed during service, we will contact you before proceeding with any material change to scope or cost.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and may be impacted by weather, parts delays, equipment, or other reasonable causes. We will make a reasonable effort to notify you of any change. Customers may cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice. Deposits on specialty parts or custom orders may be non-refundable.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Balances unpaid 30 days after invoice may be subject to a reasonable finance charge and collection costs.

6. Customer Property

Vessels, trailers, and equipment left in our possession remain the property of the customer. We carry commercial insurance and take reasonable care of property in our custody. Customers should remove valuables and personal items before drop-off. We are not responsible for personal items left aboard.

7. Warranties

We warrant our workmanship for 30 days from the date of completion. Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only. No other warranties, express or implied, are made, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost use, lost profits, or storage costs.

9. Mobile Communications & SMS Consent

By providing your phone number through our website, by phone, or in person, you agree to receive calls and text messages (SMS) from Delmarva Service Center related to your service request, scheduling, follow-up, and account servicing. Messages may be sent using an automated system.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (302) 470-1017. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase. Your opt-in information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with our systems, scrape content, or use the site in a way that could damage or impair its operation.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Delmarva Service Center or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse content without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sussex County, Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
