- When does the winterization actually happen?
- We start winterizing in late September and run through the first hard freeze, usually mid-December. Our team confirms your service date and storage availability separately. Submitting a request or paying a deposit does not reserve either automatically.
- Do I need to be there?
- No. Most jobs happen without the owner on site — we just need access to the boat at its slip, lift, or driveway. We sort out the details when we confirm your booking.
- I store my boat indoors — do I need the shrink wrap?
- Yes. Every winter package includes shrink wrap at $30 per foot, power washing at $10 per foot and engine service.
- What happens after I send the request?
- Your request is saved with a private quote page. Standard setups receive an itemized estimate; anything needing a closer look goes to our team. The office follows up to confirm details and scheduling.
